EXPERIENCE WITH THE GREEN BUILDING ALLIANCE

Come check out one of the hottest new developments in downtown Pittsburgh with the Green Building Alliance! Designed to achieve LEED silver certification, Tower Two-Sixty will host approximately 120,000 square feet of office space, with commercial real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle being its largest tenant. Additionally, the Gardens are comprised of a 197-room Hilton Garden Inn, approximately 14,000 square feet of destination retail and a 330 car parking garage. The incoming retail tenants include Caribbean restaurant Pirata, and two-story new American restaurant Revel+Roost.
